great stay but minor decor concerns

The breakfast was really nice with its creative dishes. I particularly enjoyed the serene garden views, perfect for a quiet moment. The cozy jacuzzi was a highlight after a busy day, providing the relaxation I needed.

The room decor could benefit from a refresh.

Overall rooms were perfectly clean and impressive and had cable channels, a microwave and a fridge. A hot tub in the private bathroom was a plus. It was close to a nice getaway as well as downtown, perfect location overall. It also was on new adventures

the trolly was a bit hard to catch at times. but the snacks were always refreshing, the jetted tub was a perfect escape after our adventures, and the peaceful grounds felt like a hidden paradise.

The shower's soap dispenser can be a nuisance, hitting arms during use. While the bed's softness provided a plush feel, it might not suit everyone's preference for firmer mattresses. A couple of updates on the room's decor just might enhance the overall vibe, as some furnishings felt a tad outdated in style.

Breakfast delivered to the room exceeded my expectations. Super tasty and fresh. The soap dispenser in the shower was annoying since I kept bumping into it. Jacuzzi was relaxing after busy days. It felt cozy and clean.

My husband and I enjoyed two nights in the spacious Foxglove Suite. Breakfast was really nice with nutritious options, bringing good energy for our days. Swinging on the back porch while watching birds felt magical. A tip, the jacuzzi is cozy but may challenge those less nimble. Can't wait to return!

The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything. Every morning, we looked forward to the hand-delivered hot breakfast, so much better than usual pastries. Our room was spacious and cozy, complete with a jacuzzi tub that was perfect.

I spent 2 nights at Evening Shade Inn and enjoyed my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown and Black Bass Lake. The staff and host were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room was spotless and equipped with safety features like smoke detectors. Having a shower, hairdryers, and a spa bathtub was a great addition. The property offers a secluded setting for those seeking new adventures. Additionally, there is a monumental sculpture just 3 miles away from the inn.

The staff are thoughtful as well as the owner. The breakfast is amazing and delicious. The views of the garden are incredibly beautiful. The location is unbeatable and wonderful, close to downtown and Black Bass Lake for a perfect getaway.
